Download the Sight dates and Trade Events to your own personal Microsoft Outlook calendar in a few easy steps

If you do not know which Outlook version you use, start Outlook, select the “Help” menu and choose “About Microsoft Outlook”. The Outlook version appears in the first line.

1. Chose the relevant link below and download the file to your computer.  We suggest saving to your desktop as these files can later be deleted.
Microsoft Outlook 2003

Microsoft Outlook XP/2002

Microsoft Outlook 2000
 2. Extract the two files from the .zip file you have just saved to your desktop. (Or into any convenient folder, provided both files are saved to the same folder)

If you do not have Winzip, it can be downloaded from http://www.winzip.com

3. Once you have extracted the files there will be two new icons on your desktop, (or files in the folder you saved to.)
Double click on the "Import" icon / file.  A window with a black background (DOS) should momentarily appear.  If the window stays open, you have probably downloaded the wrong version from the thee options above.

4. Open Microsoft Outlook, choose the "Tools" menu, and select "Options..."

5. Click "Calendar options..."

6. Click "Add holidays..."

7. Select the "I.Hennig" option - Make sure all the other categories are not marked.

8. Click "OK" 3 times.

9. You can now delete the files used in this process. (The zipped file downloaded and the two extracted files.)  .

Important Notes:

1. The above files are specifically configured for the English version of Microsoft Outlook.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook with a different language, open the "Import" file
(right click and choose "Edit") and change the number 1033 (it appears 3 times) to the relevant number for your Language :

French - 1036
Hebrew - 1037
Hindi - 1081
Thai - 1054

Click here to view the entire list of available languages.

2. The import action will only succeed if Microsoft Outlook is installed in the default location
(C:\Program files\Microsoft Office\).  In case it is installed in a different location, please contact our support: support@ihennig.com

3. A backup file is created during this process.
